Feature Friday- Week 3
Welcome to Week 3 of Feature Friday!
Thank you to all who participated in Countdown in Style this week! We are so grateful for all the favorite posts that were shared. Again, you all didn’t make it easy for me to pick 3 to be featured today.
The most clicked on post was…..(drum roll please):
Thanksgiving: Volunteering at RDA Newbury by Miranda at Purely By Accident
Below are my FEATURED posts from this week:
A Little Dress by Rachel at The Random Writings of Rachel
Perhaps it has to do with my desire to one day sew with my little girl or maybe this was just too adorable for words. The first point is true, however, I do believe I chose this post because of the second. Check out Rachel’s description of how a project came about with a little girl who wanted to make her own dress. You will chuckle and I’m sure you will be smiling after you are finished reading this one.
“Extra” Special Gift Wrap With Gum by Melissa at Willamette Valley Wonder Woman
I picked this one because it amazed me and even after seeing the picture, I was stunned and didn’t realize where the gum packaging was. Either way, I looked at this as not only a cost effective way to make gift wrapping bows, but they are absolutely beautiful so I would make them even if I wasn’t trying to save any extra money.
Last but not least:
Easy and Affordable Christmas Décor by Making My Apartment A Home
I thought this was another easy way to do something for Christmas. Who would have thunk it. She gives great tips on how you can turn simple dollar store finds into lovely Christmas articles for your home. I was impressed to say the least.
